Testing Done for a Reason

Dear Customers,

We have been working to integrate our billing processes into our ticketing system over the past few months, and as such have been running a number of tests with this integration.

During our testing yesterday, a database glitch caused our system to send invoices to a handful of our clients in error.

If you received an email from me yesterday regarding an invoice (these would have come directly from my email address of, please disregard that message.

I appologize profously for any trouble this may have caused you, and appreciate your understanding.
